IDEOLOGY

Salukis have enriched my life immeasurably. My devotion to the breed in general, and to my own dogs in particular, runs deep.

I feel very fortunate to experience the unique traits and captivating beauty of the Saluki—known by tribal Arabs as “el Hor” (the Noble One)—every single day. There is no greater satisfaction than seeing the world through their keen eyes and wild spirit as we navigate our days together.

The physical and mental health of my dogs is paramount, and I strictly follow the health testing recommendations outlined by The Saluki Club of America . Although I have bred very little over my many years in the breed, I am unshakeably committed to breeding for health and temperament. Raising happy, well-adjusted, lifelong companions is always my primary goal, and that dedication endures through every stage of their lives.

For thousands of years, Salukis have been prized for their speed, grace, and endurance, and they have always been held in the highest esteem. I understand that connection firsthand, and I am proud to continue that ancient tradition here at the southernmost tip of New Jersey, with these hounds forever in my home and heart.
